Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

•Returns are accepted only if the item is received damaged.

•You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the package to be eligible for a return.

Return Process:

•Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Whimsicalbaydesigns@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item.

•Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

•Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

•Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

•If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-Returnable Items:

•Items that are not damaged or reported within 5 days of receipt are not eligible for return.

•Pre-sales items are non-refundable.
